Are there any local playgroups or nurseries in this area? Does anyone recommend any?

There are several nurseries in the area, all of which I think are good BUT it really is a personal choice, I would visit them all before making a decision...... look in the Area Guide tab at the top of the page under the schools section which lists the local nurseries. Good luck

Rexton House in Aldenham is very good, all 3 of my kids went there and they all loved it.
